Services Provided:
Notary on Wheels will travel to your location to perform Notary Public duties at your request, for your convenience.
A transportation cost of .50 cents per mile, (each way) will be charged in addition to the notary fees listed below.
Same Day Service:
An additional fee of $25.00 will be charged for Urgent & Same Day Service.
Locations:
Notary on Wheels will travel to locations such as hospitals, offices, a public spot, homes, work or a mutual location, that has been prearranged at least 24 hours in advance.
Notary Fees: (Please note fees went up January 2010)
$10 for taking an acknowledgement.
$10 for taking a verification upon a oath or affirmation.
$10 for certifying a copy of a document.
$10 for witnessing or attesting a signature.
$10 for protesting commercial paper, except $0 for a check drawn on an insolvent financial institution.
$1 for administering an oath or affirmation without a signature.
$1 for taking a deposition, each page.
$1 for all other notarial acts not specified in this rule.
- Notary Fees (above) are ‘Per’ Signature.
- All notary fees are set & regulated by the State of Oregon Notary Commision.
- Minimum Charge per client is $25.00 including traveling costs.
